I had a great experience at Firestone! They were able to fix my car and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The customer service was amazing everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Shout out to Art Torres and his team I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and the care they put into helping me get back on the road. Thank you for the excellent service!

Best service! They saved us from a popped tire and got us in and out so quickly. The store manager Art, was amazing and so kind. They also had an amazing deal on tires. Thank you so much for helping us out! I will definitely be coming here for all our car needs.

Amazing Customer Service I’ll tell you why. My friend and I were in a bad situation where we needed two tires and it was already 6:30 PM. The only place open was Firestone complete auto care. We called them and got a quote for two tires and because we couldn’t drive the car down we took Tires and wheels off the car and took them to the shop. By the time we got there, it was already 6:45. If we didn’t get these tires, then the car was going to possibly be towed. I regret not haven’t gotten the names of the two men that stayed after hours to assist us - as well as two other groups of people that were having needs after closing time. We watched a man leave as we were walking in - And we didn’t think that we were gonna get helped. But they stayed and they got us on the road. Amazing customer service. Above and beyond. The prices are amazing, and their personalities spot on. Thanks a lot you guys. We really appreciated you.

Which confused me because it was a basic check up, oil change, tire rotation spark plugs, and probably a few other things that I can't remember. When I expressed i was a little confused that it might not be ready until the next day when I had an appointment. He explained they were busy, but thought he should be able to get to it today. I gave them my personal phone number for updates and explained I don't check my work phone number on weekends (which is the one on file).I never heard from them Saturday, no update, no "we haven't been able to touch it" or " fleet has not responded about the windshield wipers". I gave them a couple hours on Sunday, but called at 10:30. The woman i spoke with checked with the technician and said he was currently working on it and should be ready in about 3 hours.. I explained that I dropped it off over 24 hours ago. When she realized that,
